My family stayed at the condo for a few days while in town for a ball tournament. Condos were clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We will definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful experience at our condo. Very clean, cozy, and cute! Close proximity to the beach and downtown Fernandina. Grounds, pool, and tennis courts were all well kept. Would definitely book again!

Villa was very clean and everything was in its proper place. It was equipped like I was in my own home. From plates and cooking items to batteries for the remotes. Beds were super comfortable and the location in the complex was perfect. Easy to get in and out and off the main roads. Nice and peaceful. The villa was less than a 5 or 6 minute walk to the beach. The owners even had a couple of chairs and some beach accessories to use and everything was clean if not brand new! The feeling of community from our neighbors to the people at the gated entrance to the resort made for a very relaxing time and we hope to use this villa again in the future for all of our Amelia Island visits.

The rental was very nice. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms and pull out couch was a great fit for our family. The room and Villa offer a place to leave extra beach items (toys, umbrellas, etc) when you’re done for the next people, which I think is a great touch! We will be returning!

The rental is just a nice as you see in the pictures. The host is very responsive. The complex is very nice and well cared for. The beach is convenient. I will definitely book again.

My husband and I stayed in this comfortable condo with well appointed kitchen. Community is dog friendly. Close to beach and short drive to charming downtown.
